The submission effectively conveyed the design thought process. The way the upper level's open north end approach steps merge into the podiums roof edge appears effortless.

He exposed saw tooth roof structure in the town center space at the heart of the project gets natural light in the center of the office. The integration of building systems throughout was particularly visually clean.
